How can I order?

You can order easily using our online platform. When you find a product you need, you can add it to cart, login or go through the ordering process and enter details at the end. After the order is ready, you will receive an order summary and an invoice to your email. Order summary will also be stored in your account.

What should I do if the payment is not accepted?

Please try again in a little while. If the payment is still not accepted, please verify your account balance. If everything is as it should, but you still can’t make the payment, please contact us via contact form or email.

Do I have to order online?

You can also send your order via contact form or email. Online ordering is preferred in most cases because by ordering online, you will save time, you will have an easier payment process and all the information about the order will be accessible for you anytime.

Go to the “Account” page and start the process of account creation under the “Register” section, fill in all the needed information and click the “Register” button.

How do I change my personal details?

You can easily change all your information on the “Account” page. Under each tab, you will be able to edit corresponding information.


Can I track my order?

We will send you the tracking code of the shipment when the parcel has been sent. You will be redirected to the shipment tracing page by entering tracking code on the “Order Tracking” page.

How can I change the delivery address?

Sign in to your account and go to “Account”. Under the “Addresses” tab you can change both billing and shipšping address.

Shipping time?

Shipping time will be confirmed on the order confirmation document.

What are the delivery charges?

Delivery charges are dependent on the shipment requirements. If the products on your order are due to special requirements extra fee will be added to the shipment charges. You can see the shipping fees on the checkout process before the payment is made.
